About Karen Gump

I have been working at RE/MAX Alliance for more than 12 years and I have been a licensed Realtor since early 2018. After earning my marketing degree from Miami University, I worked as a buyer for Lazarus & Macy's. My retail, pricing, and negotiation background helped me hit the ground running, and working on Pat Bradley-Falke's team at RE/MAX Alliance for 12 years has been a masterclass on real estate and the Dayton market. In 2022, Pat and I became business partners and launched The Bradley-Falke and Gump Team. 95% of our business is referrals, and we are honored that so many of our past clients recommend us to family and friends and contact us again when they need a change in housing.
